What I Do

I design workplace interventions that apply insights from behavioral science and cognitive psychology to improve leadership communication and employee experience.

My focus is on how people remember their workdays. I help leaders create emotionally meaningful moments through small, intentional actions such as recognition, encouragement, and positive closure at the end of the day.

These practices are based on how human memory and decision-making work. When leaders align their behavior with how people naturally process experience, employees feel more connected, more valued, and more likely to stay.

My work supports organizations in building cultures that are emotionally healthy, resilient, and capable of retaining their people.

What is behavioral science?

Behavioral science is the study of how people actually think, feel, and make decisions. It draws on psychology, neuroscience, and economics to understand real human behavior instead of relying on idealized models of rationality

Why does it matter?

People do not evaluate their workdays rationally or evenly. They remember how those days felt, especially the emotional high points and how the day ended. These emotionally charged memories influence job satisfaction, commitment, and the decision to stay in a workplace or to leave it.

Behavioral science gives us the tools to design not just better processes, but better experiences—and ultimately, better outcomes for both people and organizations.

You are almost there…

If you are here, you are already thinking differently.

Few leaders take the time to explore how memory, emotion, and behavioral science shape the workplace experience — but those who do gain real, lasting impact.

We build leadership routines that influence perception, decision-making, and employee commitment, backed by behavioral science.

If you are ready to shape what people feel, recall, and decide at work — let us take the next step.

About Me

After two years of independent research on positive psychology, HR, and behavioral science I have now joined the Doctoral School of Health Sciences at the University of Pécs to deepen and formalize this work.

My mission is to design and implement behavioral interventions that make workplaces healthier, more engaging, and more human, especially in high-stress environments like healthcare. My approach combines applied behavioral science, positive psychology, and leadership communication to shape how people experience and remember their workdays. I focus on retention, psychological safety, and memory-informed decision-making.

Previously, I held roles as a corporate trainer, quality and training manager, and HR professional at companies such as GE, Verizon, Fossil, and BT. I also worked as a self-employed sales and marketing consultant. With over a decade of experience in communication, leadership, and employee development, I now use this foundation to bridge science and practice — helping organizations solve real-world workplace challenges through the applied insights of behavioral science.

During this time, I found Zoltan being not only an orator but also a very good listener, effective facilitator, great communicator and emotionally mature person. His respect, patience and passion for teaching have helped me learn a lot with in a short period of time. The very fact that He indeed never gets tired of his trainees is what makes him an extraordinary mentor.
